To place your order online follow the steps below.

  1. Order Toffee: Find the product(s) you wish to purchase by visiting the "Order Toffee" page. Click on the size you wish.
  2. Click the "Add to Cart" button.  If you would like to add a Gift Message please write in the designated area.
  3. Shipping/Billing Addresses: Please enter the name and address of the person you want us to ship the toffee to in the Shipping Address lines. If this name and address are the same as your billing information check the box that says "Same as Shipping Information".  If your bills go to a different address, check the box that says "Enter new Billing Information."  If you need to change the shipping information, just click the word "change" which appears in blue.  Be sure to check the box that you have "read and agree to the Privacy Policy". 
  4. Payment Options: Please enter your credit card information:  Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Pay Pal are accepted at this time.
  5. Order Confirmation: Finally, confirm all the information for your order and click "Charge My Credit Card" or "Pay Via PayPal".
  6. Transaction Complete: Please print your confirmation page. Your order will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days.

We use USPS Priority Mail (2 day) shipping. Or if you are in the Los Angeles Area you can pick up the toffee free of charge.  After your order is submitted we will email you the exact shipping costs based on weight and add it to the total order. Overnight shipping can be quoted on request. Warm weather delivery: From May to October we only ship USPS Priority Mail with insulation and a Cold Pack. Since temperatures vary across the country we often choose not to ship over the weekend to ensure the quality of toffee upon arrival. Therefore, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries. We cannot guarantee your order against melting. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

Turn Around Time

Your order will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days.  If we are out of stock or if there is a problem with your order we will email you within that time period.

Returns

Due to the nature of the product we accept no returns.

Summer Vacation

Since summer is generally a slow time for us, and we sometimes take a "candy vacation" and close the kitchen. If you can't place an order during this time, please check back with us.  We are sorry for any inconvenience.
